Q: What type of events do you staff? A: Typically weddings, private parties, and corporate events, but we welcome all challenges!

Q: How far in advance should I book your services? A: As early as possible, this allows us the time to communicate expectations sufficiently, although we do accept last minute bookings.

Q: Is there a minimum number of staff I need to hire? A: Typically we require a minimum of 2 staff, and 5 hours per booking, this is not absolute, under specific circumstances, typically cocktail bartenders can be hired exclusively. 

Q: How do you select the staff for my event? A: The amount of staff you request will be filled with experienced staff, that have proven their ability as a part of EMW Event Staffing, though we may ask if a new member of staff can be added to the shift, at no additional cost to you, in order to offer them a trial.

Q: Do you require a deposit? A: Yes, we require the full amount as a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before the event. After that, it becomes 50% refundable until two weeks before the event, at which point it is non-refundable.. 

Q: Will staff bring their own equipment? A: It varies depending on the role. Our cocktail bartenders will bring all the necessary tools for their service. Regular bartenders and waiting staff typically do not bring additional equipment. If you have specific or niche requests, please let us know in advance, and we can discuss how to accommodate them.

Q: Where do you operate? A: We operate across England, Scotland, and Wales, with a network of staff throughout Britain. Our goal is to be wherever you need us, ensuring we can provide exceptional service no matter where your event takes place.
